Amy Hass operated a bail bond company for 21 years in West Virginia before selling it and moving to Florida in July 2024. Before joining Buckingham Mortgage, she owned her own mortgage brokerage, reminding her why she moved to Florida. Despite this, Amy loves to learn and challenge herself. She recently completed a Financial Markets class at Yale. Additionally, she sold real estate part-time and has been licensed in West Virginia for 23 years, making her accustomed to working all the time and being available when needed. In February 2020, she finished finance school in Albany, New York. She serves on the board of Denim and Diamonds for the American Cancer Society in Vero Beach and supports many other charities within her community. Additionally, she is a General Member of the Real Estate Association of Indian River County and the Space Coast Association of Realtors, among others. Amy is married and has two kids. Her husband is a charter captain for freshwater fishing, though she does not like fish. Amy's son and daughter-in-law live in West Virginia, while her daughter, son-in-law, and granddaughter reside in Colorado.
Amy has two French Bulldogs (who do not realize they are dogs and don’t act that way) and two rescue cats. Known as a "Social Butterfly" by her friends, Amy networks constantly.

She is also actively trading stocks and options on the stock market, and it became her passion and hobby especially when she sees good positive results. Her goal is to provide personalized guidance and leveraging her expertise to ensure that her clients achieve their real estate goals effectively whether they are buying, selling, or seeking financing for their properties.
She is always in the study mode, and when she is not getting a new license or diploma, she gets bored, so to keep herself motivated, she keeps herself busy.

He is licensed in Washington D.C., Virginia and Florida. In addition to residential financing, Scott specializes in non-QM products tailored to diverse financial situations, including those involving foreign nationals, dignitaries, and high-net-worth individuals with complex financial structures. He has been married for 19 years and has three beautiful daughters.
He loves fishing, hiking, and cooking on his kamado grill.

Scott Moore has been involved in many phases of construction over the years, ranging from residential projects to heavy highway construction. As a heavy equipment operator, he worked on diverse projects, including constructing private school buildings, zoo exhibits, and highway blasting. He relocated to Florida in 1999 to shift away from the construction industry. He has held Real Estate, Mortgage Broker, and 215 Insurance licenses. He has been self-employed for most of his career and thrives on challenges. Financial services feel like a second home to him, and he has a passion for helping people, whether getting them into their first home or assisting business owners in growing their businesses and becoming more profitable. He believes in going the extra mile because it’s never crowded. Success is closer than it appears.
He is amazing with grilling and loves experimenting with food.

Yolanda Xinyi Wang
Yolanda is an experienced credit analyst, and CFA Level II Candidate, with strong skills in financial ratio analysis, QM and Non-QM loan guidelines, solving problems, structuring loans, and handling difficult case scenarios. She is highly organized and detail oriented. She holds a bachelor's degree in economics and legal studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and finished her master’s in financial Analysis in 2016 at Rutgers University.
Yolanda worked as a photographer with a local newspaper when she was still in college. She enjoys arts and literature for most of her after-working life. She is a big dog lover and makes the best black tea in our office.
