Buckingham’s client philosophy also extends to their Mortgage Loan Originator’s. Each MLO is treated as an extension of their family and now Buckingham wants to extend that care towards Veteran’s and their families, whether it be an immediate member, caretaker and/or advocate by the establishment of the BFG VA Career Initiative.

The BFG VA Career Initiative provides Veteran’s and their spouses, caretakers and/or advocates the opportunity of employment as a Mortgage Loan Originator.

Buckingham has committed to cover tuition, exam and state licensing costs for not only the Veteran themself, but also their spouses, advocates and/or caretakers.

In-depth training will be provided to ensure each individual is properly prepared to begin their career as a Mortgage Loan Originator with Buckingham Mortgage. We understand that this is a transition from completely different career paths. No experience is required, only the desire for a successful career.

  • To create a culture of espirit de corps within the organization so that each employee becomes an integral part of it and shares the same goals.
